How To Use:

1. Remove grill grates & fasten heat deflectors to manifold w/ braces
2. Attach front & back panels to pizza oven body (1050 only) & place in grill
3. Place panels on side of pizza oven body (use panels labelled for compatible grill)
4. Set temperature on grill & close lid for preheating (550-650F for optimal pizza oven temperature)
5. Cook up to 14" pizzas in under 5 minutes!
