From Fornoteca comes the new and improved version of the Fornoteca Duetto Pizza Oven! This incredible backyard pizza oven makes perfect Neapolitan-style pizza in as little as 90 seconds and has been featured on the Toronto Sun!

The new 6850 model features improvements such as thicker pizza stones, mesh turntable, and an upgraded motor to improve both efficiency and durability.

What's New:

  • Upgraded Duo Stones - Both top and bottom stones are now thicker, making them more resistant to cracks. Stones are the same thickness and shape, and can easily be switched.
  • 304 Stainless Steel Exterior Oven Top & Control Panel - Updated 394 stainless steel finish gives the oven a more durable, modern look.
  • Mesh Turntable - Cast iron turntable is now perforated, providing better heat distribution to the duo stones.
  • Updated Motor Design - Updated design uses less force and lasts longer, while maintaining optimal performance.
  • Duo Burners - Now features two 54,000 BTU burners for even heat distribution on both sides. Left and right burners can be individually controlled!
  • Most Powerful Oven on the Market - Reaches optimal heat in under 4 minutes!
  • Built-in Ignitor - No need to bring your own lighter! This model relocates the ignitor location away from the heat, improving durability.
