Formerly known as "Le Griddle", Fusion griddles are the original innovative design, trusted for unmatched quality and powerful cooking performance.

The "Original" Griddle, serve up to 20 guests with 18 000 BTUs & a 30" cooking surface. Free standing, built in or with a cart.

Griddle only. Accessories such as lids / shelves / carts / etc. sold separately.

2 U-Shaped Stainless Steel Burners = 9,000 BTU's Each
304 Stainless Steel Construction/Frame
304 Stainless Steel Cooking surface with Cast-Iron base plate which allows even heat over the entire cooking surface
Includes 2 safety valves with thermocouples to cut off gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction

Battery operated ignition system
Removable grease tray for easy cleaning
Opposite gas orifices included for gas conversion
3/8" Gas Fitting
Gas connections sold separately
